1. Understand the Parties Involved: Clearly identify the parties in the agreement. This includes the rental company and the individual or organization renting the booth.
2. Specify the Rental Period: Clearly define the start and end dates of the rental. This helps prevent misunderstandings about the duration of use.
3. Detail the Equipment Provided: List all equipment included in the rental, such as the photo booth, props, and any additional accessories. This ensures both parties know what to expect.
4. Outline Payment Terms: Specify the total rental fee, deposit requirements, and payment deadlines. Transparency in financial matters is crucial.
5. Include Cancellation Policies: State the conditions under which either party can cancel the agreement. This may include deadlines for cancellation and any associated fees.
6. Discuss Liability and Insurance: Clarify who is responsible for damages or injuries that may occur during the rental period. Consider discussing insurance options.
7. Define Setup and Breakdown Procedures: Outline responsibilities for setting up and taking down the photo booth. This ensures a smooth process on the event day.
8. Address Additional Services: If the rental includes services like an attendant or digital sharing options, make sure these are clearly described in the agreement.
